Getting the right people to a congress is expensive. Teams spend the week sitting through presentations, following competitors, talking to KOLs, comparing data, and trying to figure out what deserves attention.
Then they get back.
Someone has presentation notes. Someone else has recordings. A few people have pages of handwritten notes. There are spreadsheets to update and debriefs to schedule. A lot of the information is useful, but it isn't in the same place.
It can take days to turn all of that into something the wider team can actually work with.
By then, the important discussion may have moved on.
